Payments
Payment Method
By cash on delivery, bank transfer, or credit card
* Corporate cards are not available.
Required fees other than products costs
Transfer fee, cash on delivery fee (¥600, tax excluded), and consumption tax will be charged.
Shipping fee is ¥1200 (tax excluded) for Honshu area, ¥1600 (tax excluded) for Hokkaido and Kyushu area, and ¥2500 (tax excluded) for Okinawa and remote islands. However, in addition to the standard fee, there are cases where the actual costs will be charged.
Delivery Period
- In the case of payment in advance, we will ship on the next business day after confirming the payment and availabile stock.
- Orders placed until 3 pm on business days will be shipped on the following business day, as long as the products are in stock. Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped two business days later.
- We will contact you as soon as possible in case of delay due to inventory shortage, ect.
- Please note that delivery may be delayed due to inevitable events such as weather or natural disaster.
Returns & Exchanges
We take the utmost care in handling the products, but in the unlikely event that the delivered products are defective, we will accept returns and exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are for unused items only within one week after the arrival of the products.
Please note that the products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- If the products have been used.
- If the damage or staining of the products were caused by the customer.
- If more than one week has passed from the arrival of the items.
